We invite you to participate in the IX International scietifically-practical historical Conference which is held September27, 2018, registration time 9.00, at the address: Satpayev, 87 b.
Conference is dedicated to two separate themes:
- evacuation and refugees to Kazakhstan, other Central Asian countries and Western Syberiadiring WWII.Fate of refugees, evacuated people, industrial facilities, cultural institutions and life stories of people who had been forced to move by global political events;
- history of Jews in Cenral Asia and Western Syberia.
The Conference organizers are: Republic of Kazakhstan Presidential Archive and «Mitsva» Association.

Organizers reserve the right to choose and edit materials to be published. Illustrations sent by separate files are welcomed.
Registration fee is not charged to participants.Presentations of non-speakers would be presented as posters and published in digest which is sent to authors free of charge. There are several options for participation-presentation available: personal attendance; poster presentation; presentation recorded on the disk, mailed to organizers in advance; online live presentation (Skype – requres to send presentation text in advance) .
General requirements for text: font: Times News Roman 14pt, line spacing: 1.5, margins: 2cm. References to the sources have to be set in square brackets and numbered in order of their appearance. List of references has to be placed at the end of article.
There should be information about the author attached to the text: Full name, academic degree, title, position and place of work, contact information.
Conference working languages are: English, Kazakh, Russian.
